SINGLE SCREW EXTRUDER - OE SERIES ESTRUSORE MONOVITE - SERIE OE Italian exCellence Single screw extruder mounted on a machine bed made of sectional steel and steel plate. It is available with a 45 mm, 60 mm, 75 mm or 90 mm diameter plastification screw made of normalized, hardened and tempered steel that can be fitted with a temperature control system and a nitrided steel cylinder with 4 independent temperature control zones. The extruder is also available with different length/diameter ratios. Estrusore monovite su basamento in profilati e lamiere d’acciaio elettrosaldate, disponibile nelle versioni con vite di plastificazione in acciaio normalizzato, bonificato e nitrurato Ø 45 mm, Ø 60 mm, Ø 75 mm, Ø 90 mm, con predisposizione alla termostatazione. Il cilindro è in acciaio nitrurato con 4 zone di termoregolazione indipendenti. L’estrusore è disponibile anche in diversi rapporti diametro-lunghezza.
