Il systema PAL-STORE della Isolcell consente di stoccare pallets di prodotti ortofrutticoli in atmosfere controllate indipendenti, garantendo il mantenimento delle concentrazioni di O2 e CO2 ideali per i diversi pallet di prodotto; al momento della commercializzazione è inoltre possibile scollegare dal sistema la quanità di merce desiderata senza interferire coi valori di atmosfera degli altri pallet in conservazione. Il sistema PAL-STORE è particolarmente indicato per lo stoccaggio di piccoli frutti e per tutti quei prodotti ortofrutticoli la cui commercializzazione avviene in quantitativi tali per cui è richiesta un’elevata flessibilità di gestione delle atmosfere di conservazione. Il sistema PAL-STORE è composto da speciali involucri trasparenti ad alta resistenza all’interno dei quali vengono stoccati i pallet di prodotti ortofrutticoli. Un sistema di analisi e gestione computerizzato di elevata precisione provvede alla verifica dei valori di O2 e CO2 all’interno degli involucri in polietilene trasparente, garantendo sia il mantenimento di valori specifici per ogni pallet, che l’omogeneità degli stessi all’interno dei singoli pallet. Il sistema PAL-STORE è modulare e permette la gestione di un numero di pallet potenzialmente infinito assicurando il mantenimento delle diverse atmosfere anche in caso di sconnessione dei singoli involucri. Come optional per aumentare il mantenimento della qualità del prodotto stoccato è possibile implementare il sistema PALCLEAN(r), brevettato dalla Isolcell, che permette l’abbattimento di spore ed aromi e garantisce pertanto il mantenimento di una qualità ineguagliabile del prodotto stoccato. Isolcell’s PAL-STORE system handles the storage of pallets of fruit and vegetables in independent controlled atmospheres, maintaining the O2 and CO2 concentrations that are ideal for different pallets of product; when the time comes to sell the products it is possible to disconnect from the system the quantity of goods needed without interfering with the values of the atmospheres of the other pallets being stored. The PAL-STORE system is particularly suitable for storing small fruit and all the fruit and vegetables whose sales quantities are such that a high degree of flexibility is needed in the management of storage atmospheres. The PAL-STORE system consists of special high-strength transparent enclosures within which the pallets of fruit and vegetables are stored. A precision analysis and computerized management system checks the values of O2 and CO2 inside transparent polyethylene enclosures, guaranteeing both that specific values are maintained for each pallet, and the consistency within each individual pallet. The PAL-STORE system is modular and can handle a potentially infinite number of pallets, ensuring that the various atmospheres are maintained in case of disconnection of individual enclosures.
