BLE-400 Concept The BLE-400 is a fully automatic festooning machine developed on the basis of the BLA/SL machine, successfully established for many years. The tape layers are laid vertically zig-zag. The following functions are automated on the BLE-400: – Cutting-off a tape loop layer after layering – Transferring the layer and piling a number of tape loop layers in the piling chute – Packing the tape pile with predetermined length in a carton, in wrapping paper or in film bag – After completing a filling the layering process is continued automatically into the next carton – Storable...
