FACILITA' D'UTILIZZO monoblocchi di riempimento e tappatura vengono realizzati in 5 modelli base. Possono dosare e tappare diversi formati di contenitori e tappi. Vengono impiegati nella cosmetica per crème, mascara e liquidi tipo shampoo, ecc. Oppure nell'industria chimica - alimentare - farmaceutica per produzioni da 2000 a 6000 pz/h. Da un nastro trasportatore il contenitore entra nella stella di trasporto e con movimento alternato e comandato da rotoblock entra nella stazione di dosaggio dove ci possono essere 1 - 2 o 4 dosatori volumetrici per prodotti densi oppure 2 o 4 siringhe per prodotti liquidi. L'alimentazione del tappo o del sottotappo avviene tramite vasca di vibrazione che nella stazione di inserimento viene posizionato sul flacone tramite vari sistemi: manipolatore con ventosa testina di sgancio sistema a ribaltino con ventosa inserimento tramite cilindro pneumatico o ventosa Posizionato il tappo nella stazione successiva avviene l'avvitatura con testina a frizione magnetica e adattatore a seconda del tipo di tappo, ad esempio: ghieratura per tappo tipo pilfer proof oppure testine a braccetti per tappo millerighe, ecc. La testina a frizione magnetica consente un'ottima esecuzione del serraggio essendo regolabile tramite le apposite tacche. La stazione successiva prevede il controllo della presenza tappo con scarto automatico dei flaconi difettosi senza fermo macchina. L'apparecchiatura elettrica è comandata da PLC con inverter su tutti I motori. Il pannello di comando prevede pulsantiera con pannello operatore oppure "touch-screen". Il flacone riempito viene trasportato da un nastro all'uscita della stella. A vibrating tank feeds the cap or the under-cap layer into the station, where it is placed onto the container in various ways: manipulator with suction cup release head tipping system with suction cup fitting on through pneumatic cylinder or suction cup Once the cap has been positioned, the container moves to the next station, where the cap is screwed by a magnetic friction head and an adapter, depending on the type of cap: for example, a clamping ring is used for pilfer-proof caps, while a ribbed cap is handled by a special head. Excellent sealing is ensured by the magnetic friction head, which can be regulated for size. In the following station the container is checked for the presence of a cap, and any defective containers are automatically extracted without the machine stopping. The filled container exits the star on a conveyer belt. The electronic equipment is commanded by a PLC with inverter on all the motors.
