VM di nostro originale brevetto vengono impiegate nell'industria alimentare - chimica - cosmetica e farmaceutica e consentono un preciso e veloce dosaggio di ogni tipo di prodotto: liquido, denso e pastoso. La parte a contatto con il prodotto da dosare è in acciaio inox AISI 316 e tutte le parti sono facilmente smontabili per operazioni di pulizia. La regolazione del volume viene effettuata mediante volantino con scala graduata. Anche la regolazione della velocità di mandata e aspirazione è finemente regolabile mediante frutti regolatori integrati nella piastra sottobase. La dosatrice inoltre è molto compatta e ha un minimo ingombro che consente una facile installazione su impianti automatici. Le guarnizioni del pistone dosatore sono in teflon di lunga durata anche con i prodotti abrasivi. La dosatrice con testa mod. T.B.P. per prodotti densi con l'aggiunta dell'ugello otturatore consente il dosaggio di prodotti di difficile trattamento. VM, patented by us, are used in the food, chemical, cosmetic and pharmaceutical industries and allows an accurate and fast dosing of any type of product: liquid, dense and doughy. All parts in contact with the product to be dosed are AISI 316 stainless steel manufactured. Parts are easily disassembled for cleaning. The volume adjustment is carried out by means of a hand wheel with graded scale. Thrust and aspiration speed are adjustable, with high precision by means of integrated adjustment valves in the base plate. The dosing pump is very compact and has a small base allowing easy installation on automatic equipment. The gaskets for dosing piston are made of long lasting Teflon and are resistant to abrasive products. The dosing pump with T.B.P. head for dense products with the addition of shut-off nozzle allows the dosing of products that are difficult to handle. Numerous applications are tested by our Technical Department in order to assist our clients with finding customized solutions to suite their requirement..
