OUR HISTORY La nostra storia Founded in 1881 by Melchiorre Sordi, SORDI has played since its born a leading role in the dairy sector, thanks to constant research of innovative solutions. SORDI was the first company in Italy to produce liquid rennet, following the new technology that was gaining ground in the last half of the 19th century in France and Northern Europe with the following production of the first machines.
