POMPE CENTRIFUGHE IN LINE IN LINE CENTRIFUGAL PUMPS POMPES CENTRIFUGES EN LIGNE Elettropompe centrifughe in-line a bocche flangiate, progettate per il pompaggio di liquidi puliti, senza parti abrasive o corpi solidi in sospensione, non esplosivi o aggressivi per i materiali della pompa. Principali impieghi: applicazioni civilie industriali, impianti di riscaldamento, condizionamento, raffreddamento e circolazione. LIMITI D’IMPIEGO: - Acque chiare con temperatura da -15 a +90°C. - Corpo pompa, girante: ghisa G20 con trattamenti cataforesi - Supporto motore: ghisa G20 con trattamento anticorrosione - Albero in acciaio Inox Aisi 304 - Tenuta meccanica in Ceramica/graffite. - Bocche secondo EN 1092, controflange filettate in acciaio zincato complete di guarnizioni. MOTORE ELETTRICO: - asincrono, di tipo chiuso a ventilazione esterna, classe d'isolamento F, grado di protezione IP55. - Voltaggi standard: M = 230/240-50; T = 230/400-50 (fino a 4 kW), 400/690-50 da 5,5 kW in poi, Classe efficienza IE3. - I motori monofase sono dotati di protezione termica per evitare danni al motore. La protezione dei motori trifase è a cura dell'utente. - Voltaggi e frequenze differenti sono disponibili su richiesta. In-line centrifugai electric pumps with flanged in-outlet, designed to pump clean liquids, without abrasives and suspended solids, non-explosive or aggressive for the pump’s materials. Main uses: civil and industrial applications, heating, air conditioning, cooling and circulation plants. - Clean water with temperature from -15 to 90°C. - Pump body and impeller: G20 cast iron with cataphoresis. - Motor bracket: G20 cast iron with corrosion threatment - Ceramic/graphite mechanical seal. - Inlet and outlet as per EN 1092 normative. Threated counter-flanges in zincated steel complete with gaskets. - asynchronous, closed type withexternal cooling fan, insulation class F, grade of protection IP55. - Standard voltages: M = 230/240-50; T = 230/400-50 (till 4 kW), 400/690-50 from 5,5 kW. Efficiency class IE3. - Single phase motors are fitted with thermic microswitches to avoid damages to the motor. The protection of three-phase motors have to be arranged by the user. - Different voltages and frequency available on request. Utilisations principales : applications civiles etindustrielles, installations de chauffage, de climatisation, de refroidissement et de circulation. - Eau propre avec température de-15 à 90°C. - Corps pompe et turbine : fonte G20 avec traitement cataphoresis. - Support du moteur en fonte G20 avec traitemen anti-corrosion. - Arbre en acier inox Aisi 304. - garniture mécanique en céramique / graphite. - Bouches selon normative EN 1092 : Contre-brides filetées en acier galvanisé complets de garnitures. - asynchrone, type fermé à refroidissement externe, classe d'isolation F, degré de protection IP55. - Tensions standard: M = 230 / 240-50; T = 230 / 400-50 (jusq’a 4 kW), 400/690-50 de 5,5 kW et plus. Classe d’efficience IE3. - Les moteurs monophasés sont équipé de protection micro-thermique pour éviter des dommages au moteur. La protection des moteurs en triphasés doit ètre arrange par l'utilisateur. - Tensions et fréquences différentes sont disponibles
